These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://imagetourl.co (the “Site”) and the photo to URL tool on it. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

• The Site and the tool are free to use for personal and commercial work, without an account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• We may change, pause or remove any feature at any time, without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site to break any law or to infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright, trademark and privacy rights;
• process, upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually exploits minors, or that you do not have the right to use;
• try to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers;
• use automated scripts to send large numbers of requests to the Site.

3. Content policy

By uploading you confirm you own the image or have permission to share it, and that it follows this policy. You remain responsible for what you upload. These rules apply to every file you upload, including images and PDFs.

What you may not upload

Not allowed: child sexual abuse material (reported to the authorities and NCMEC), sexual or pornographic content, nudity, gore or graphic violence, terrorism or hate content, harassment, private or intimate images of anyone without consent, personal documents of others (IDs, cards), scams, phishing, malware, spam, and anything infringing copyright or trademarks.

What happens to content that breaks the rules

We may remove any image, block uploads from a network and keep a hash of removed images to stop re-uploads, without notice. Repeated or serious violations are reported where the law requires.

Copyright owners can send a notice, and anyone can report a file, through the report page.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the files, text and other content you use with the tool. Where the tool works in your browser, your content stays on your device. Where a feature needs our server or a third-party service, our Privacy Policy explains what is sent and how long it is kept. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you process.

5. Results and accuracy

We test the tool carefully, but results are provided “as is”. Always check important results before you rely on them, and keep a copy of your original files.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use services run by others. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text and code (except open-source components, which keep their own licences, and content that belongs to you) are owned by PicLink. You may not copy or resell the Site itself.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. The service is free and has no uptime or storage guarantee, so keep your own copies of important files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PicLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
